I will share the exact steps and stories you can follow to create an unstoppable mindset and overcome what is holding you back

After completing all sections, you will have a plan and strategy to create the habits and take action to help you achieve your goals.

For the Class Project, you simply read, reflect and write in the journal over a few days and take appropriate action as planned.

To keep it simple, focused and effective, I suggest you set aside a few minutes each day to work on only 1 or 2 Journal areas.

Write your thoughts and insight at the bottom of each page.

Schedule a time to take action

Then take action. Just do it.

Revisit each section a few months later and restart the process to maintain the momentum of your success
