Who is Wolfgang Thiem? Trainer and manager of Dominic Thiem (multiple finalists of Grand Slam tournaments and the 3rd world tennis player in the ATP ranking in 2020). He was responsible for the development of his junior career.
He began working as a coach at Günter Bresnik’s academy in Vienna in 1997 when Thiem was just three years old. In 2020 he opened an academy in Vienna, called the "Austrian Tennis Committee". The project aims to train tennis players from 14 to 18 years old in Austria.
