This course is for all of the women who struggle in the workplace — either because you’ve got too many things to juggle, you feel you’ve reached a glass ceiling, you're facing discrimination, negative comments have knocked your confidence, you don't know how to influence with and engage men, or you're unsure how to play and win in a male-dominated work environment.

Nearly every female coaching client I have comes to this topic at one time or another — questioning whether it is their very femaleness that’s stopping them succeed. Women who want to make it at work are faced with a range of challenges that many of their male counterparts don’t have an understanding of. It is these issues that are preventing many women from achieving their goal of becoming a leader at their company and diminishing their ability to get ahead in business.

This course will help all women - from those just starting out on their career paths to those at the top of the ladders - in organisations and businesses to improve their careers and to develop the skills, their voice and the confidence to succeed in the workplace, to stand up for themselves and to know what they should expect in the way of support and how to ask for this.
