As someone with ADHD, Dr. Kojo Sarfo developed this introductory course through a series of short videos that can be viewed individually over a period or time, or even in one viewing. Each concept is presented in its own unique video, so it's always easy to go back and revisit this course at any time!

Most videos are approximately 2-3 minutes in length, which is perfect for all types of learners, and can be completed in approximately 17 minutes. Some videos also contain sample scenarios in the from of acted skits, to better help illustrate each concept or idea introduced.

Also included are two extra resources:
