In questo corso imparerete le conoscenze base per fare la pizza, dalla conoscenza degli ingredienti per l’impasto fino alla stesura e cottura della pizza.

La prima sezione sarà teorica, imparerete quale azione svolge ogni singolo ingrediente, fondamentale per aiutarvi nel creare il vostro impasto personale.

La seconda sezione sarà molto pratica, e dovrete acquisire la manualità necessaria per stendere la pizza per condirla e per girarla nel forno: insomma dovrete sporcarvi le mani.

Con le nozioni che acquisirete sarete in grado di fare la pizza in modo professionale.

Il percorso è lungo seguiranno altri corsi ed approfondimenti non potendo inserire tutto in questo corso perché sebbene le lezioni siano brevi vi occorrerà un pochino di tempo per acquisire la manualità necessaria.

In this course you will learn the basic knowledge of making pizza, from the knowledge of the ingredients for the dough to the drafting and cooking of the pizza.

The first section will be theoretical, you will learn what action each single ingredient carries out, essential to help you create your personal dough.

The second section will be very practical, and you will have to acquire the necessary dexterity to roll out the pizza to season it and to turn it in the oven: in short, you will have to get your hands dirty.

With the knowledge you will acquire you will be able to make pizza professionally.

The path is long will follow other courses and insights not being able to include everything in this course because although the lessons are short it will take you a little time to acquire the necessary manual skills.
