Lean is a widely used methodology that seeks to improve efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating waste or non-value added work. Across the world, Lean has been successfully implemented in different industries such as in Banking, Healthcare, Logistics, Government Services, Telecommunications and Retail, with benefits such as improved customer satisfaction, increased quality, heightened employee morale, optimized business cost and a continuous improvement culture.

Lean stems from the Toyota Production System, and comprise the tools and methodologies that propelled Toyota’s growth from a financially struggling company to becoming the world’s biggest automaker, with a reputation for producing high quality vehicles, known for their dependability and safety.
