Lean six sigma learning academy is a training center specialist in lean six sigma belt training. The lean six sigma white belt course is compiled by master black belts in lean six sigma, which is the most advanced belt level there is. Over the years LSSLA has advised several companies in installing their own lean six sigma framework by training and advising them in implementing the lean six sigma mindset in their corporate culture.
We believe that lean six sigma is a skill set that anyone, anywhere should master.

Contents and Overview
This course has 6 sections:
Section 1 - Introduction to the course: you will learn what lean six sigma is all about and how a lean six sigma organization is built up.
Section 2 - PDCA vs DMAIC: you will see the two improvement cycles linked to lean six sigma: the PDCA cycle and the DMAIC cycle. You will learn how to apply the PDCA cycle on your own!
Section 3 - How to select a good lean six sigma project: you will acquire the skill set which is required to select the right lean six sigma improvement project.
Section 4 - Problem-solving tools: You will see different problem-solving tools in more detail. We will see the 5W1H, fishbone diagram, and 5-why. All these tools can be applied directly to your work environment independent of which industry your work.
Section 5 - Reducing waste and variation: you will get an understanding of what waste and variation are. Furthermore, you will be able to reduce them with the problem-solving tools learned in section 4.
Section 6 - Sustainable improvements: you will learn how to sustain the improvement you have done. You will master tools such as standard work and visual management.
When you finish the course, you:
