What is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt project?

Yellow Belts are Six Sigma experts who don't manage their own projects but have a fundamental understanding of the methodology. While they don't project managers, they frequently begin projects with the PDCA approach, which stands for Plan, Do, Check, and Acknowledge.
