This would help you set up your trades especially on Index Options Such as S&P 500,FTSE100,ASX,Nifty etc. Though the course is designed to favor an Option Buyer, An Option seller can pick the nuances and create better risk management for his trade set up operations as well.

Here in this class we are more focused on the valuable information cue floated by changes in number of contracts or open interest. The course will be useful for anyone who is already into Option Trading, but it can help those who are starting as well. As for someone new to options, these ideas may not make sense. As for a seasoned trader who previously not investigated Option Chain can get another layer of risk mitigating methodologies to build his positions better as well as managing them.
