In turn this will give you more confidence and empowerment to address your mental health, wellness, stress, depression and anxiety. More specifically, these modules are designed for people who live hectic everyday lifestyles.
Each module is written with simple exercises that help you to develop happiness, confidence, and empowerment. The activities can be applied to your daily schedule without interfering with your work-life balance. These activities have tried and tested, and create a simple and effective approach that can be applied to your daily life no matter your age, career, social status, budget or background.
