In this course, students will go through eight basic lessons of Chinese. This level is suitable for children ages 5 and up, and no previous experience with Chinese needed. Content includes rhyming text, new vocabulary, and sentence structures with applicable exercises. Included in the course is a digital copy of our Junior Scholar 1 textbook. At Ni Hao Chinese, we believe in an effective and fun education, so our lessons use a spiral-learning model, where our students can gain new ideas while review previous material simultaneously.

This is the first of four courses that introduce the basics of Chinese language. In these first two hours of lessons, students will learn 60+ high-frequency words and at least 15 sentence patterns. This course will build the foundation for Beginning Chinese IIfor Kids.
