Every profession and occupation has Standards and Ethics. As an integral part of our judicial system, and working closely with attorneys who represent parties in civil litigation and criminal defense - or the parties directly - these principles are an investment in this professionalism.

This course, Part 1 and 2, is a guide to understanding of several specific key practices for our profession, and accepted and reasonable standards and practices, and associated ethics, of our profession.

This course is designed for the new and veteran private investigators, including knowing the laws and regulations of investigations, licensing and records in your area. You will be able to develop your own agency practices and ethics to your polices & procedures. You will be more proactive in protecting your agency, your work product, and your client.
