The instructor, Mark Peter Davis ("MPD") is a venture capitalist, serial entrepreneur and the author of The Fundraising Rules. He has raised venture capital, co-founded, incubated or invested in ~50 companies, including Coinbase, MakeSpace, SailThru, Warby Parker and others. MPD currently is the Managing Partner of Interplay, an incubator and investment firm.
