Process Content;
Most of cement industries are going with PP-PI only since it’s a process industry. So we need to go "Process order controlling as costing object" instead of Production order concept.
Here in manufacturing process we can use Make to Stock Scenario.
In this course I am explaining with full details the below mentioned five Steps manufacturing process and capture the product cost at each level say Mining, Crushing , Raw meal, Clinker and Cement stages in SAP S/4 HANA system
Limestone Mining – Minis where we can get the “limestone” by way of extraction from quarries.
Limestone Crushing –It can be make the "crushed limestone" from uncrushed limestone mining.
Raw Meal Preparation –By adding and mixing additive like clay etc added to crushed limestone to get Raw meal.
Clinker – Raw meal is heated in a kiln and gets the clinker, small rock etc., like substances and Grinding – Clinker along with gypsum is grinded to make cement.
Packing – Cement is either packed in kg bags and or Bulk in trucks directly as per facility in factory
