Plants help reduce stress and anxiety and it gives you a better sleep. Improves air quality and and and make you more creative. No kidding just go google it you’ll know. Give me one reason to not obsess over plants haa . You can’t. It all started from a little succulent and now my home is a jungle lol. It may have started out as a trend but it’s here to stay. The foliage fanatics talk about their plants like they are talking about their kids.
