No previous experience necessary as I will guide you through all essential basics and then teach you a choreography consisting of all moves from the course. You will learn how to safely perform moves on the pole and also how to combine them together. "Sexy" is all about the attitude, not appearance. I hope that thanks to my course you will feel more confident in your own body and begin to experiment with movement in order to create your own unique style. The course starts from the Warm Up which is advised to perform every time before you start your pole training. Then you can proceed to the lessons. Once you decide your training is over please follow the Cool Down instructions to stretch your muscles gently and prevent them from being sore on the following day. No need to invest in shoes or fancy clothes. Grab your most comfortable gym clothes and a pair of socks and you are good to go!
This course is dedicated to everyone who wishes to discover a more sensual side of pole. Although I am a certified instructor with experience in running classes at my own studio this is my first complete online course and I am extremely excited to share my passion for sensual pole dance with the world!
