This course teaches Hebrew speaking students how to be loyal to oneself.
create a sense of self-esteem and to succeed in their personal and professional lives

You will know the difference between self esteem and self confidence and learn efficient tools for self improvements.

You will learn to say 'yes' to yourself and 'no' to others. Prioritize your priorities, set goals and objectives and know how to achieve them.

The course is divided into chapters and each chapter has tools and explanations as well as worksheets that accompany the chapter and you can practice and apply each chapter on its own.

Take the time and study each chapter for a day or two and move on only when you are ready.

The course includes a meditation of 'return to childhood' which connects us to our inner child. It is an emotional and powerful experience. In addition, models and tools are given to deal with ups and downs in life and thus bring ourselves to the realization and fulfillment that are related to us and are not a social desire.

There is no doubt that this course is life-changing.
