Learning the fundamentals of setting goals is critical to success in any personal and professional endeavor. Setting SMART goals is a technique that has been around since early 1980s.

In this course you will be exposed to an improved SMARTER goal setting technique. We will explore new dimensions that can increase your chances to succeed. The course teaches a method for taking your initial goal and improving it into a SMARTER goal.

Each section explores a letter in the SMART acronym in two videos: Questions and Example. This will enable the learned to see the theory and actual application of it. We will apply it to a unique goal of "creating a course".

The conclusion video will showcase the complete result and how to improve it. Course slides and SMARTER word template are also provided in the conclusion section.
