In this course we will cover some aspects of soft skills, such as: communication within an Agile team, presenting the project, negotiating with clients and stakeholders, working with objections and aggression. All knowledge is applicable immediately after finishing the course.

This course does not cover the topics of small talks, communicating with co-workers on everyday topics. We only talk about skills in the professional environment, not in the social environment. In particular, we will cover skills for performing in Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity environment (VUKA Skills).

If someone try to sabotage your project presentation with inappropriate questions, this course will teach you how to defend your position. By using the audience or making the right argument.

If you've never worked in a product team and are about to join a company, we'll look at Agile + Scrum. How to use values and philosophy for team communication and proper working communication with colleagues.

If you don't know what soft skills you should have on a particular career ladder, we'll go over that as well. You will understand what skills you need to develop, what to strive for and what you are expected to do right now.
