We reminded everyone that just having KNOWLEDGE doesn't change outcomes, so we focused our training on developing and utilizing more POSITIVE IMAGINATION and CURIOSITY.
In the P1 Module 2: Circular Conversations, we analyzed the idiosyncrasies of how Chinese people communicate through a breakdown analysis of CIRCULAR CONVERSATIONS. We also introduced tools, tips, and tactics to deescalate negative dialogue to make new ideas more comfortable to accept.
In the P3 Module 3: Chinese Negotiations, we extended the knowledge and insights from the first two modules to winning tactics and strategies to employ during negotiations. How you are perceived will increase your bargaining power, while your attitude, mindset, and approach will determine your long-term success.
This final P4 Module 4: Winning Cooperation will empowers you to transform your experience and cultural understanding into a force to create new, winning patterns of interaction. Each individual and interaction is unique, so new tactics and strategies must become natural to be sustainable.
