There are NO confusing baker formulas or sophisticated math equations here. If you are a busy person with no time for complicated, mind numbing recipes, then this is the course for you. It took me almost two full years to create this course and break it down in a way that even a novice baker with no skills will understand. This course was designed for you to succeed; it is never even necessary for you to leave this site to learn - everything you need to know is included. Navigating this course is simple. Equipment, ingredients, recipes, maintenance, and even troubleshooting will be quick & easy to access. 

During this course, I will teach you to understand what is happening during the sourdough process so it's fun, informative, and visually appealing. Every step is shown along the way in shortened versions, so you get enough information to move forward, but don't have to sit through the entire process. I am not the star of this show - I am simply in the background the entire time to guide you along the way. Take your time, pay attention to detail, and soon you will acquire skills to bake incredible sourdough bread like a pro. Then, you will be able to take the information I give you and adapt this recipe to fit your own needs. Once you master this recipe, a whole new world of bread baking will open up for you.
