Hannah originally acquired the basics of sourdough whilst living in rural China. Not being able to find bread locally, she decided to learn how to make it herself. Hannah found that it was challenging to simplify all of the conflicting advice online & as a result nearly gave up a few times before mastering the basics! Now, she makes loaves (and other sourdough creations) regularly for friends & family. She has a passion to make sourdough approachable & accessible for others.
