It does not matter if you are in the spiritual community or not or at what level you practice, learning to protect yourself spiritually is a very important element of life, that many overlook, forget or are not even aware of.

We are all energy and we are all connected in our own weird ways. We may have different frequencies to our energy but ultimately we all connect, one way or another. Energetic attachments are inevitable in normal life.

For example have you ever read a good book or tv show and felt an immense attachment to it? You are attached to the energy of that item or show.
