I set up my first company straight out of university over 30 years ago and right at the start, I wanted to do it right. I wanted my business to have the Kudos and the protection of being a limited company, but I didn’t have the money to pay a lawyer or accountant to set it up for me. I had a degree in Maths and Management, but nobody had told me the basics!
