Most states have a simple process to starting a mobile PTpractice. You register an LLC, and that's pretty much it! However, in California, things aren't this straightforward. It took me several hours and a few headaches to figure out everything that needs to be done legally when Istarted my practice. There wasn't a comprehensive resource that walked me through the process, and a lawyer would have been expensive.
