So you will find the welcome audio below in this I explain how they work in the audio! So please listen to that first.

Please note the original series was released every other day, or so. So I have left the original schedule in the headings if you want to follow it in that schedule.

However, please go through the series at your pace! Trust your intuition (my pet thing)... listen to only one session a day, as you need time to process each session.
