The stock market refers to the collection of markets and exchanges where regular activities of buying, selling, and issuance of shares of publicly-held companies take place. Such financial activities are conducted through instructionalized formal exchanges or over-the-counter(OTC) marketplace which operates under a defined set of regulations.There can be multiple stock trading venues in a country or a region which allow transactions in stocks and other forms of securities. (OTC Market, Penny Stock Market, Blue chip Market)
Slide 2: How to make money with Stock?
-Stock price draws on the chart and it shows stock price movement
-Price moves in three directions up, down, or sideways (consolidation)
-Prices do not move backward because of time
-Analyze the price chart (multiple timeframe)
-Buy low and sell high

Scalping- Scalping Stocks refers to the tactic of trading stocks to optimize the profit from small changes in price. Scalping hinges on the idea that while most stocks complete an initial movement, many subsequently fail to advance. Ideal trade time is at opening.
Day Trade- Day trading is a form of speculation in securities in which a trader buys and sells a financial instrument within the same trading day, such that all positions are closed before the market closes for the trading day to avoid unmanageable risks and negative price gaps between one day’s close and the next day’s price at the open.
Swing Trade- Swing Trading is a style of trading that attempts to capture short- to medium- term gains in a stock (or any financial instrument) over a period of a few days to several weeks. Swing traders primarily us technical analysis to look for trading opportunities. Investor- A trader who buys and holds a particular security for long term such as up to six months or more.

There are two major movements in trend. Uptrend or downtrend before or after major movements, there is a phase used to occur which is called consolidation aka resting. At consolation phase stock price tempt to go in a range.
Slide 5: What moves the stock price? ( Supply and Demand)
A stock price will go up if the demand outweighs the supply. Likewise, A stock price will go down if the supply outweighs the demand.
What makes supplies low, high demand. A few shares to trade in public or sometimes, a company announces good earnings or some sort of positive news to increase company revenue

You’ll need to open a brokerage account to trade. Two main Brokerage accounts (Cash and Margin). Reputable broker names and links- Webull, Robinhood, thinkorswim, TDAmeritrade, Etrade, and Interactive Brokers-commissions free for listed stocks
