In this mini-course you will work on finding a goal and stakeholders - YOUR goal and YOUR stakeholders! We'll help you discover the sophisticated connection between your personal aspirations and work goals, that will serve as the basis for the rest of your stakeholder management journey. You'll walk through this important step alongside a fellow Project Manager, who will be present throughout this course, and will share his story about identifying the right stakeholders.

Identify stakeholders that can help (or hinder) you achieve your goal
Get organized with helpful tools to help you practice building relations with stakeholders
Receive a Certificate of completion
In each of our courses we strive to deliver information-packed lectures that quickly give you the information you need to make your stakeholder management process easy and your final results amazing. We include lots of examples, as well as practice activities to make sure you're practicing your new skills.
By the end of the course, you'll have identified an important goal to you and who the relevant stakeholders are. We know from data and experience, that people who start out with a solid meaningful goal, are more likely to deliver successful projects, reach their goals and have stakeholders supporting them, making sure their projects stay ahead, through small and large bumps on the road.
Once you've completed all lectures you can receive a Certificate of completion. When you receive your certificate of completion Diego and I have even added a small bonus for you as well.

There's a paradigm shift hidden in this course that can take some time to absorb:
The shift is that work goals and stakeholders are not dictated by anything or anyone other than you - if you can't find a way to approach it that makes sense in the overall picture of how you want to live and feel in your life, then it's not your goal and they are not your stakeholders.
Everyone has goals because they expect the achievement of those goals to return some sort of positive feeling in their lives; feeling successful, being part of a group, more money, more time on their hands, acknowledgement.. whatever it might be. If you don't know what feelings you want to fill your life with it is difficult to be strategic about stakeholders because you risk doing what most people do and spend all your energy on stakeholders that are frustrating instead of those that you happy and help you move towards your goals.
Just taste that paradigm shift for a little bit. Think about it. And if it resonates with you, that's great - try it out and see how much better you'll deliver, how much more success you'll have with your ideas and suggestions, how much better and at ease you'll feel at work.
