DescriptionThe objective of the Stroke Technique Clinic is to improve an athlete's swimming speed and endurance by focusing on stroke technique and overall efficiency in the water. My goal is to maximize your time spent in the pool - training more effectively while producing great results! Swimmers will learn new drills, over 9 lectures, to help isolate specific technique issues while also maximizing muscle memory with correct repetition. The clinic will allow you to break down to the fundamental level and progressively build to more advanced drills from one lecture to the next. This clinic is great for beginner swimmers looking to learn more about stroke technique to help them with longer distance swimming. This is also a helpful and beneficial clinic for more advanced swimmers and triathletes looking to improve on previous splits and improve technique for the next race. This clinic is beginner friendly as I have been working with newbies for over 15 years. My specialty is focusing on efficiency and technique to help athletes gain stamina and endurance that will last them in longer distance swimming, with improved speed and ease of effort. No experience required but must feel comfortable in the water swimming 25M and comfortable swimming with the face in the water.
