This course explains the meaning of termination for convenience and then explains how a customer can be deterred to not exercise such clause. It goes on to explain various components which goes into computation of termination fees and what negotiation strategy can be used for each of the component of termination fees. It also covers detailed computation method for each of the component and what should be the source of such information. It explains bundling and negotiation strategy to justify the fees. It also explains the exceptional circumstances when in a contract, pro-rated termination fees is also required and how to compute such fees. And if that's not all, it will also provide students with some tips for clause negotiation in collaboration with the legal team.
