This is a photography course that is broken down into 2 parts:

1. fundamentals

2. follow along shoot

we discuss gear selections at varying price points and how to determine what best fits your needs. we teach you how to shoot in manual, how to prepare for a shoot, and we go over our specific desired settings.

there is a follow along demonstration where we show you how to utilize a tripod to capture your own family photos, parent and child photos, and couples photos. we share our tips, tricks, and prompts for getting authentic smiles and movements from the the people in your photographs.

this course was created with mothers in mind. we teach you how to document your family and children. we show you how to make sure you are captured in those family photos, too.

we make camera, lens, and gear recommendations at varying price points based on need; however, the posing, tips, tricks, and styling are applicable for anyone with access to a camera! this course is ideal for anyone looking for further knowledge on shooting in manual for consistency and for those looking to learn how to bring action, authentic documentation, and life into photography.

this course was created with beginners in mind; however, the prompts, tips, and tricks for capturing authentic reactions and movement from children can be very helpful for those that already have a basic understanding, too.
