This course is designed to give you a brief introduction to the benefits of beef and sheep farming in the UK. Concentrating on the fact that humans need air, water and food to live. These can all be produced by farms, and in the UK we have high animal welfare but it is not coming from the need of taking care of all living things, which is anything from the soil up.

Farmers are called and born into being stewards of the Earth yet in the last 100 years we have come away from trusting our instincts to trusting the beliefs of others that thought they were putting us on the right track. This is leading to a break down of the health of our farmers from soil right up to the people eating the food produced.

I have a passion to help people understand and reconnect with farmers in the UK, that it has been our responsibility to educate the British public about where their food comes from and we have not been doing that for many years.

It is my desire for you to understand that there is always 2 sides to a story and there is only one side being portrayed in the media. I am portraying the side of the farmer.
