The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a federal law that  entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job  protected leave for specified family and medical reasons.

This course will provide you with general information that  will assist you in recognizing coverage eligibility requirements of  employees, identify the responsibilities of employers, employee  responsibilities and protections offered under the FMLA, eligibility for  Airline Flight Crew employees, and Military members.
