Yet it’s more than just leg strength, it demands a solid tight core, a good sense of balance and joint stabilization to avoid injuries and a good amount of flexibility to have you feeling free in your body.

This program will take any athlete at any level, if you have some flexibility, some leg strength, to little flexibility or little leg strength.
