The Heart of Sacred Space Design is a course developed as a guide to help deepen your connection to your intuition and heart based intention so that you can create a sacred space that is a physical representation. Throughout the course I will offer you simple yet effective practices that you will be able to implement into your daily life. Some of these practices include; breathing techniques, meditations, mudras, mantras, journaling, intention setting and more.

We will discuss several ways you can clear you and your living spaces energy field and why clearing is important.

I will give you examples of items that you can use to create your sacred space and practices that you can use once it is developed.
