This is a complete course of study providing education and training which allows the student to learn the law of contracts as it applies to insurance coverage and insurance claims. The course covers everything an employee, officer, or director of a corporation (or an officer or agent of an insurer) needs to know about contract law as it applies to liability insurance and enables them to resolve any claim presented by the corporation to the insurer or by third parties against the corporation.
