Hello and welcome! My name is Paula Rose Parish, MA. My focus is teaching Mindfulness and Holistic Living for the well-being of your Mind, Body and Spirit. I love to stay healthy, so I participate in the great outdoors, crafting, my dogs, writing, and family.
Relieve your stress in a simple, practical and fun way. This Master Class is designed for newbies to mindfulness or anyone interested in learning self-awareness and improving well-being and personal growth. This master class will teach you how mindfulness is used to manage stress.

In my mid-50s, I read social science and earned a Master of Arts in Counselling in Professional Development. Previous to that, I had a few careers and earned many other qualifications. I hope this master class will be of help to you. Please watch all the videos and read all the available material to benefit from your Course.
