Content and Overview
With this course I’ve distilled hours of experience working with clients down to a series of lectures that cover everything you need to know about controlling and managing your grief. You’ll explore the role grief can play in your life—good and bad. You’ll examine the different ways grief can manifest itself. You’ll learn how to honor those you’ve lost and create rituals to heal old wounds and put to rest old animosities.
When you’ve completed this course you’ll be equipped to recognize your grief and understand where you are in the grief cycle. You’ll be better able to appreciate each moment of your life and the lives of your loved ones.
