In this course, you will learn about the psychology behind first impressions. We will first discuss how first impressions are studied in psychology and learn about the Big Five theory of personality. Then, we will discuss what it means to be accurate, learn about a psychological theory which predicts under what conditions first impressions have the best shot to be accurate, and apply what we learn through hands-on activities and reflection questions.

I was so fascinated with the accurate of first impressions, I wrote a master's thesis and dissertation on the topic. I'm excited to share my knowledge of this area with you!
