'The REAL You' has been designed to encompass practical skills as well as sufficient theory to get you well on your way to leading a more confident and fulfilled life! However this is not a 'self-help' course that just loads you up with theory and sends you back into the wild. This course is specifically built to give you the practical tools that you will need to lead a more confident and self aware life.The course also teaches other skills that go hand in hand with being confidence such as, looking the part, being prepared for all situations and being proud of who you are. The main objective of this course is to make sure that there are no hurdles or barriers between their students  and the success they desire!
