This course was created by a doula and mom of two (born naturally)! It's a no-fluff guide to preparing your mind, body and spirit for a natural birth. Having a baby doesn't have to be a traumatic experience, in fact, it can be beautiful, but preparation is key. My first birth was 17+ hours long, hard and exhausting but I had zero tools. When baby number two came along I spent every month researching and preparing myself. I was in hard labor for less then 7 hours and barely made it to the hospital in time (in fact, I still had on my street clothes when my baby was born).
