This course is for people who are questioning their purpose and the bigger meaning of their existence. Perhaps you struggle with anxiety and you are seeking peace, or maybe you are feeling insecure and you would like more confidence and self-esteem. Maybe you were raised in a religious home and you are now confused about where religion and spirituality fit into your life. Whatever the case may be, I hope to meet you where you're at and help you grow from there.

In this course, I explain common spiritual vocabulary and concepts to help the student understand why the spirituality movement is growing so rapidly. This course will require you to do some independent thinking as well as a lot of looking within.

This overview of spirituality is a great leaping-off point for beginning your exploration and initiating your spiritual awakening. I wrote this course from my perspective as a Caucasian woman, living in the United States, in a Judeo-Christian culture. Although I am not a theologian or physicist, I hope that you find the ideas I present in this course to be interesting and thought-provoking.

My intention is that you will leave this course feeling uplifted, expansive and most of all, curious to learn more!
