This course explain the PMBOK chapter 6 for Time Management using an easy managerial language that can be understood by all new students in management, and offer a wide variety of examples to explain the difficult definitions and terms.

This course contain also a simple project case as an example, having activities linked in a full schedule, where each activity have its own planned cost resources, and planned duration.

Project Managers, Planners, team managers, project engineers... will find this 2 hours course very helpful to fill any gaps in the experience and to re-fresh their memories with the way the schedule is developed and to remember the management terms and definitions.
