A short course that looks at the coaching process, covering areas such as a coaching contract, feedback, questioning techniques, listening skills and how to pull all this together into a session, either on a formal or informal basis – whether you are coaching a teammate or a friend OR looking to break into the world of coaching as a career.

During this course, you will gain an understanding and overview of the process, better understand what coaching is about and how it can help people in both personal and professional areas.

The course is split into an introduction, 5 main modules and a wrap up session - the main modules, each cover 2 tips (hence the ten tips title!). The format is a mix of video and voice over/presentation methods. I've also added in some worksheets.
