My aim is to give you some ideas on how to plan your session, how to work the crowd, how to ensure the focus isn't on you but that you do lead the session - this course has something for you.

Being a facilitator is an art form - it isn't easy to be seen as the leader of a session but without the ability to contribute or colour the outcome - facilitation is similar to coaching in that respect. This isn't about you knowing everything, but about your ability to lead the attendees to the result/aim/objective.

I've included a simple project, where I ask you to create a generic timetable or agenda and share it where possible.
