The course "Train-the-(IT)Trainer" is aimed at anyone who should or wants to hold a training course – and feels insecure at the same time. The course is particularly suitable for beginners.

You will receive a quick overview of the most important questions on the subject of "How do I hold a training".

First of all, it's about what your tasks as a trainer are. You will learn that you are more than just someone who passes on knowledge: namely, you are teacher, trainer and moderator.

Then we look at your participants and their characteristics. You will see how adults learn – and how you can deal with different types of difficult participants.

The chapter Moderation is about comprehensible communication, the use of the voice, listening, eye contact with the participants, posture and movements - and dealing with your fear of the lecture.

Then you will learn how to design the lessons and give feedback. Here we look at the start of the lesson, the division of the lesson time, activities during the lesson – and how you deal with any problems that arise. You'll also learn what a topic memory is – and how to deal with it.

Finally, you put your knowledge into practice. Here you will find detailed checklists that can help you prepare your training.
