Welcome to this experiential journey with focus on expansion of consciousness and activating your vast creative potential.
Let me take you on a series of Guided Meditations and Adventures in Consciousness with intention to connect with Spirit, to explore the Inner Realms and first of all – to get to know your Self, the True Authentic Genuine Self, which is changeless, which has always been here, it is how you were created.
Guided meditation is an excellent starting point for people with busy mind. A meditation practice involves focusing the mind on the present moment and self-awareness, both of which can be difficult for someone used to letting the mind wander. You are asked to follow my voice and stay present.
An Adventure in Consciousness is a tool to become aware of thoughts and feelings that are consciously and unconsciously operating in you, and learning to transform them. You are asked to simply lie down and let your mind wander and “enter the zone” provided by my voice. You will be able to increase your frequency to a new level and stay there for the duration of the recording.
In this course you will learn about the power of thought, intention and manifestation and become a conscious co-creator of our reality.
You will increase your Spiritual Light Quotient. The concept of raising the spiritual light quotient is similar to the intelligence quotient used in modern psychology.
The Spiritual Light Quotient reflects one’s ability to understand spiritual concepts, to meditate and to connect with other dimensions. It also is a measurement of one’s ability to understand the relationship between Earth and the environment of the Earth, and Earth’s relationship to the galaxy. Finally, it is a measurement of one’s ability to understand the existence of other dimensions as well as the relationship between the ascended masters and guides and our journey to higher realms for soul evolution.
The title of this course is Transformational Healing and we will explore several ways how to assist the body with self healing. True healing is simply the radiance of the Self. As you radiate the Love & Light of who your are into the cellular structure of your body and into the quantum particles of your energy field you raise the vibration of your four body system. Love is the highest frequency. Every time you raise your vibration - the old and outdated misaligned energy is simply dropping of as it is no longer supported by this new frequency you hold. You are standing on a new platform and timeline.
This gentle work goes beyond emotional and mental healing, as the flow of cosmic energies will sweep through your subconscious and unconscious and wash away all the toxicity accumulated over lifetimes of living in separation. As the subconscious is vast - repetition is required.
In closing, it is not necessary to watch the videos in the given order and don’t worry if you drift away while listening. Your energy field will open to new levels of awareness and your very own guidance will flow though. Expect the unexpected and be prepared to be blasted by Light. In these transmissions you will be running energies through your vessel that may be of higher frequency than what you are used to. Allow time for integration, drink plenty of water, rest and know that all is truly well! Healing crisis may occur, it happened to me while I was working on this course. Love it all!
