Having a beehive is more than sting and honey!

Together, we’ll learn how and why honeybees make honey, harvest pollen, prepare propolis and produce beeswax. You will enjoy even more having a beehive because you’ll understand why bees are making all these products.

We’ll see how beekeepers can harvest these treasures on a sustainable way. What are the best conditions to harvest pollen, propolis, beeswax or honey? What are the different techniques available?

You will study why honey, beeswax, pollen and propolis all have amazing healing properties.

Then, together, we’ll make my favorite recipes with these treasures of the hive: soaps, lip balm, deodorant, healing balm….

This course complements any beekeeping courses.
