The work in this course has developed from many years of working with hundreds of people; professionals, non professionals and students ; the difficulties they have presented and the methods which have proved time and again to be successful in connecting to and releasing the full potential of their voices. It is designed to connect voice, body and energy in a unique way. So many people I have worked with have been heavily criticised or silenced in the past which has affected their confidence and stifled their expressive capabilities. In 14 sessions you are guided to use sound vibration in connection with the body's main energy centres or chakras to truly aquaint yourself with your voice and to discover what it is capable of, as well as providing time to reflect on your journey and its effects on other aspects of your life. There is a workbook with full illustrations, questions to reflect on and write about as you work though the course. The main aim is to develop a real and lasting relationship between voice and body. It is a way of working which suits all ages and degrees of fitness and requires no advance requirements in terms of experience or aesthetics; just a willingness to truly explore and express whatever treasures you have within you.
