Journey on a magical and virtual trip to the town of Tumaco in the Colombian Pacfic Coast. Immerse yourself in this Afro-Colombian culture and learn about each of its traditional practices. Every lesson is guided by local cultural leaders who are delighted to share their unique way of life with the world. This course has a large economic and social benefit to this community, and places the members’ interests at the core of its mission.

When buying this virtual trip, 30% of the investment you make is directly designated to the local experts who guide this trip. 10% of the funds will be given to the Marimbea elders' Fund, an initiative for elder artists facing economic hardships in this region. The other 60% is designated back into the project in order to continue creating new cultural trips, which will positively impact even more of the community in the future.

Un viaje virtual al municipio de Tumaco, para sumergirse en la cultura del Pacífico Sur colombiano, aprender de sus prácticas tradicionales de la mano de sus sabedores locales y al mismo tiempo generar un impacto positivo en esta comunidad.

El 30% de la inversión que haces al comprar este viaje virtual se destina para regalías de los sabedores locales que guían este viaje, el 10% al Fondo Marimbea de veteranos o artistas de la tercera edad de esta región, y el 60% a continuar creando nuevos viajes culturales, lo cual impactará positivamente a más actores culturales en el futuro.
